面向长视频理解与证据分析的 Video Agent 平台，基于 FastAPI、Vue、MySQL、Redis 和 RocketMQ，支持 ASR/OCR 时间轴证据。
合成基线使用 9 条 ASR/OCR 片段，Top-3 的 Recall@3、MRR 和 Hit Rate 均为 1.0。V1 真实集包含 2 条视频和 16 道人工标注问题，当前只作为开发集调试时间指代、邻接扩展和拒答阈值；此前的 2 视频 12 题已用于方案选择，也不再是严格未见留出集。评测统一输出 Recall@1/3/8、MRR、多证据完整命中、ASR/OCR 分项、无答案正检索率和延迟。
