npm run verify:convergence（src-ui）：T0 静态断言（AgentConfig 冻结、session 变异入口、capability 序）+ 8 个 frozen baseline 对拍，任何变更破坏契约即失败。record 模式需显式 CONVERGENCE_RECORD=1，baseline 变更走审批（docs/plans/agent-core-convergence/baseline-change-request.md）。
