No agent framework underneath — the loop, tool dispatch, guardrails, handoffs, streaming, and tracing are all hand-written here. zod and zod-to-json-schema are the only required dependencies; model provider SDKs (openai, @anthropic-ai/sdk, @google/genai) are optional peer dependencies - install whichever one(s) you actually use.
