agentic-skill-router 是受 Agentic Search 启发、面向 Agent Skills 管理的无向量化路由方案。它把已安装 skill 的 metadata 当成本地可搜索语料， 让 agent 做有边界的证据检索，并且只在 metadata 支持时记录一次路由选择。 它也会枚举已安装 skills、读取本地会话记录中的使用情况、建议过期或长期未使用的 skills，并通过重命名 SKILL.md 的方式安全禁用或恢复指定 skill。
