A zero-buffer FastAPI + httpx proxy for the OpenAI-compatible (BYOK) provider: strips IntelliJ's model-id prefixes, returns a clean /models list, filters unsupported params, and disables Gemini 2.5 thinking to beat the commit-message streaming timeout.
