doctor 检查连接、API 版本、权限和数据可用性，不启动研究任务。MCP 不会自动读取 AlphaPilot 的 .env，需显式提供以上环境变量。也可运行 npm pack，再用 npm install -g ./alphapilot-mcp-0.1.0.tgz 安装 CLI。
