MorphAgent
Agentic AI for biologically grounded morphological feature design from microscopy — designs, implements, and validates compact cell-profiling features. Includes a desktop Qt UI demo.
This project has no local large model: all LLM/VLM calls go through an OpenAI-compatible API. The environment only needs to cover agent orchestration, sandbox scientific computing, and (optional) segmentation backends.
