Pactrail is a model-agnostic coding-agent harness written in Rust. It combines the direct terminal flow of a coding assistant with a stricter execution model: tasks become contracts, edits happen in isolated transactions, actions become tamper-evident traces, and the source workspace changes only after explicit, receipt-bound apply.
