Script-first Vivado automation skill for Tcl-based project migration, BD recreation, IP upgrade, bitstream generation, and Vitis BSP Makefile patching.
This is a script-first redesign of the Vivado assistant. The old version was mainly a skill template and Tcl snippet library. This version gives the agent concrete automation commands to run.
