只用标准库（http.server + string.Template + 原生 JS），没有前端依赖，默认只绑 127.0.0.1。想纯看界面不花钱，启动时加 OPENAI_MODEL=mock 覆盖即可。端口被旧进程占了就换一个，或者先 lsof -ti tcp:8765 | xargs kill 再起。
