hermes-a2a-bridge is a thin, local-first bridge that lets Hermes Agent call other agents and expose itself as one too — HTTP+JSON, text and structured data parts, SSE streaming, durable replay, the works. It's an A2A-shaped surface: it talks the Google A2A protocol well enough to have a real conversation, but if you walk in expecting full compliance badges, you're going to be disappointed. We call that honest, not incomplete.
