A local-first control plane that lets Codex and Claude coordinate tasks, prevent write conflicts, exchange acknowledged messages, and review immutable code snapshots. The Hub never calls a model itself and never stores a model's private reasoning — both agents keep their own runtime, and what they share is identity, state, and an event stream that either can replay after a disconnect.
