安装脚本会先检查本机 node 是否满足 >=18：满足时下载不含 Node runtime 的 source 包；不满足时下载自带 runtime 的平台包。最终都会安装到 ~/.best-review/portable，并在 ~/.local/bin 下链接 best-review 和 br。如果命令不可见，把 ~/.local/bin 加到 PATH。
