Tool-agnostic agent workflow starter kit. One workflow core + team profile, generates adapters for Claude, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, CodeBuddy, Kiro, Trae.
Permit 用 Ed25519 签名同时绑定 contract、environment/fixture/runtime、显式 findings review snapshot、base commit、scope、完整 command specs、resolved executable fingerprints 与预算;公开 hash 本身不再被当作授权。findings.yaml 的空数组表示“Owner 已检查且当前无 finding”,缺失、过期或 owner/source 不匹配都会阻断。Evidence HMAC key 至少 32 bytes、按 principal 分权,并在读取后从进程环境移除。循环只会到达 READY_FOR_HUMAN_ACCEPTANCE、BLOCKED_WITH_DECISION_PACKET 或 BUDGET_EXHAUSTED,并用 HMAC checkpoint 锚定累计时间、成本、ledger head/count 与恢复点。它不隐含人工签收、push、merge、deploy、生产写入、数据库写入或 package publish 权限。详细边界见 自主交付与恢复。
