Loop engineering for Power BI: reload a PBIP so Desktop re-reads TMDL/PBIR changed on disk, and let an AI see what rendered.

PBIP is the precondition for all of this. Storing a report as a project — plain text on disk, under version control — is what separates the model layer (M and DAX) from the report layer (prototype and visual implementation), and it is what makes any of it scriptable by an agent at all.
