Paper-Tutor-Skills 是一套装进编程智能体（Claude Code / Codex / 国内 WorkBuddy）的学术辅导 skills，简体中文优先——AI 管效率（检索、整理、核对、结构化），人管研究决策（想法、判断、数据、结论）。为中文研究生与科研工作者设计——学生自助研究、导师带学生做科研训练、投稿前批量自查（工具形态不变）。当前 v0.1.8：25 个命令入口（/paper-init /paper-help /paper-doctor /paper-daily 四个工作台基础设施 + 选题 / 检索 / 写作 / 评审 / 投稿全链路 21 个研究命令），分布在 24 个 skill 目录，覆盖学术研究 5 阶段全生命周期。命令的准确清单与各自的已知观察项以 skills/_shared/commands.yaml 为准。
