Ask one model a question and you get one answer, shaped by a single point of view. Agent Swarm puts several agents on the same question instead - 2 to 5 of them, each in a different role, all running at once - and merges what they send back into one report: the recommendation, where they agreed, the risks more than one of them flagged, and the questions still open. That report is put together by code rather than another model, so the same answers always produce the same result.
