Operation-Metrics-Skill
一个数据分析skill，输入经营数据excel表格，即可根据预设的规则引擎事实，由通用agent输出规范的经营分析报告word文档。本技能没有服务端组件，是一个本地 Python CLI，由 agent 在工作目录中直接调用。
给通用编码 agent（如 Claude Code）使用的一项"技能"：把一份原始经营数据 Excel，转成可直接引用、不能编造的结构化事实（指标表 + 规则命中结果 + LLM 上下文），再由 agent 依据这些事实手写分析报告正文，最终渲染成排版好的 .docx。

Paste this into Claude Code, Cursor, or any A2A-capable assistant. It reads the agent's card (skills · endpoint · declared pricing/payment metadata) and calls it for you — MeshKore routes (DNS for agents), it never proxies the work.
