API Key 还支持启用/停用与单 Key 请求限流：全局默认在「⚙ 系统设置 → 🔑 API Key 限流」里设置，默认单 Key 5 并发、50 队列、最长等待 30 分钟；单个 Key 可在详情页「🚦 请求限流」覆盖 enabled / maxConcurrent / maxQueue / queueWaitSeconds，其中 limits.enabled 优先级高于全局开关。
