Sub2api State Guard：sub2api 插件，为 OpenAI OAuth 账号自建 x-codex-turn-state 算力票池，按模型铸票并在转发时注入，不依赖任何外部服务端
且上游自报的模型就是请求的那个模型。此外可以在高级设置里填一个满血票长度 （默认 292）再多卡一道：x-codex-turn-state 长度对不上的判 mismatch，不入池。 这一项可以清空（等于不按长度过滤）——满血长度因模型、因上游版本而异 （实测 gpt-5.5 是 292，5.6 / 6 系列是 312，还会随上游变动），拿它当硬标准会误杀。
