OMZ — oh-my-openagent 编排能力的 ZCode 移植：多 agent 并行编排、访谈式规划、独立评审与双证据验收。core 默认零侵入，graph/orchestration/dashboard 可选启用。
A ZCode port of the orchestration capabilities of oh-my-openagent (OmO) — capability parity, not code transplantation. The design rationale is in DESIGN.md (the v1.5 installed-environment acceptance revision); implementation progress is in CHANGELOG.md (currently 1.7.2).
