工作区自举采用“只补缺失文件”的策略：如果工作区里已经存在同名样式或工作流，现有文件优先，插件不会覆盖。插件脚本不会复制进用户工作区，而是刷新到 Claude 提供的 ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_DATA}/runtime/；HTML、配图等 Node 依赖按插件自己的 package-lock.json 首次执行 npm ci --omit=dev --ignore-scripts，后续只有依赖清单变化才重装。这样既不会污染现有项目，也不会因插件升级继续调用旧脚本。
