Run your own agent org. You're the boss: you talk to an orchestrator agent, which can keep one project manager per outcome-based project and hire worker agents for the actual tasks. The hierarchy is adaptive: a small job can still go straight from the orchestrator to a worker. You can watch every agent-to-agent conversation and step into any of them. Each worker runs in an isolated git worktree, so parallel work never collides. Self-hosted, on your box.
