Local-first .NET 10 sample integrating Microsoft Agent Framework with Foundry Local through a Microsoft.Extensions.AI IChatClient adapter.
Foundry Local does not currently provide a first-party MEAI provider, while Agent Framework expects an IChatClient-compatible provider. This sample bridges that gap with a custom FoundryLocalChatClientAdapter.
