Hermes image generation provider for OpenAI-compatible endpoints and Codex Auth
The plugin also overrides Hermes' image_generate tool schema so agents can pass quality, image_url, and reference_image_urls explicitly. It also exposes image_generate_background for slow/batch generations; background delivery uses Hermes' existing process_registry.completion_queue async-delegation route instead of private gateway adapter calls.
