asr-result.json 的 segments[].start/end 与 SRT 起止时间是时间轴依据，不能根据纯文本顺序猜测。若源视频本身没有音轨，应用会写入 noAudioStream=true 的空 ASR 诊断并继续任务；Agent 必须明确说明无音轨，改用站内字幕、关键帧与多模态画面理解。无法判断字幕质量时，再结合关键帧和多模态模型核对。
