Codex 桌面对话由官方 codex app-server 驱动；Claude Code 桌面对话使用官方 CLI 的 stream-json 输出和原生会话恢复。两者的完整会话历史仍由各自 CLI 保存在本机，EasyCC 不复制对话上下文，也不把请求发送到自己的服务器。Claude Code 继续使用标准 ~/.claude，已有 Skills、Memory、MCP 和自定义命令可以直接生效。
