Hermes Agent 中文增强包：一条命令安装中文补丁，支持 v0.14.x、v0.13.x 和 legacy 老版本。
Hermes 读取页面说明后，直接执行安装命令。Windows 入口会检测官方桌面端；缺少时调用官方桌面安装参数，然后继续安装中文补丁。macOS、Linux 和 WSL2 入口会先检测本机 Hermes；未安装时自动执行官方安装脚本，安装完成后继续安装中文补丁。随后检测版本，0.15.x、0.14.x、0.13.x 使用对应中文包，失败或超时时使用 legacy 兼容包，并把 Hermes 静态界面语言设置为 zh，加入小马AI中文增强说明和启动更新辅助脚本，备份后修改启动界面、快捷指令、分类、网关、ACP、权限按钮、配对配置和审批相关文案。
