Digital Employee is an open CLI, package contract and local execution framework for portable digital employees. Claude Code, Qoder CLI, Codex or another capable Agent Host owns the model, context and native tool loop. The framework owns host adapters, policy, package integrity, normalized events and the Runner execution boundary.
