易用性与完成度优先。 Agent 负责创建用户本地工作区、维护 policies/ 下的可配置策略、为具体岗位建立 applications/ 申请索引，并交付成品和 reviews/ 审阅卡。用户无需先建空目录或自己改模块规则。已确认的求职条件继续只放在 positioning.md，初始化不覆盖已有文件；后续按授权更新策略与衍生产物，保留原始材料和历史审阅。详见 本地交付约定。
