helios-kanban 无需预装：本机看板不可达时 agent 会自动 npx -y helios-kanban@latest 拉起（跟随最新版，需要钉版本时用 HELIOS_KANBAN_PACKAGE 覆盖；监听地址默认 127.0.0.1）。可用 HELIOS_KANBAN_URL 指向已有实例，HELIOS_KANBAN_AUTO_START=0 关闭自动拉起。
