secure-builder is a Claude Code skill that activates when Claude is asked to scaffold a project, write auth/authz/session/password code, handle uploads, fetch user-supplied URLs, touch secrets, change deployment configs, edit Dockerfiles or CI workflows, install dependencies, or run a pre-commit/pre-push review. (Routine refactors, renames, typos, and pure UI work do not load it.)
