hermes-agent-a2a was the A2A HTTP/JSON-RPC protocol plugin for Hermes fleet agents (2026-05 → 2026-08). It exposed a local A2A server, HMAC request signing, SSE streaming, push notifications, session relay via webhook delivery, and fleet metrics — all Hermes-specific, not fleet-agnostic.
