デジタル庁のガバメントAI「源内(GENAI)」を完全ローカル(ローカルLLM/OpenAI互換)で動かす非公式プロジェクト。SAML認証(Keycloak)・RAG(Qdrant)・文字起こし(Whisper)・画像生成(SD)・チーム単位ナレッジをローカル完結。
本番は docker-compose.prod.yml で TLS(443) 終端。閉域検証は HTTP(80) のみ（docker-compose.verify.yml）。SeaweedFS（8333）は本番 compose ではホスト非公開で、成果物のダウンロードは S3_PUBLIC_ENDPOINT 経由のリバースプロキシを別途用意します（詳細は「成果物ファイル」節）。
