Current status: v0.12.0 beta. The installable CLI supports independent patch verification, bounded external-Agent repair, Python/Node/JUnit acceptance, recovery and portable evidence. Start with Quick Start or the independent-user kit. Live-model validation, three independent user walkthroughs and maintainer license/final sign-off remain pending; this is not a stable release. See project status and the product plan.
