七个工具（Claude Code / Codex / Kimi Code / OpenCode / ZCode / WorkBuddy / dsh）的 token 用量统一记账： 应用启动后延迟采集一次，并开放 usage_collect 供前端按需触发（单飞互斥 + 默认 10 分钟的最小间隔兜底）； 采集走独立按需路径，不进入 3 秒会话轮询。账本落在 ~/.tuvis/tuvis.db 的 4 张表（明细按小时桶、日聚合永久保留、 采集游标、会话维度），明细默认保留 90 天、上限 90 天（可配），到期只保留日聚合。
