Offline plan drift scoring for LLM agent traces
Agent Plan Drift Meter is a small Node.js CLI and static browser demo for checking whether an LLM agent trace stayed close to its stated plan. It reads JSONL trace events, scores plan alignment, and flags common failure patterns such as repeated tool calls, stale retrieval evidence, weak retrieval scores, and final answers without citations.
