A production-style retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline for arXiv research papers — fetch new papers daily, parse them with a structure-aware PDF model, store metadata in Postgres, chunk + embed each paper, and serve hybrid (BM25 + vector) semantic search via OpenSearch.

A end-to-end production RAG system for arXiv papers. Daily Airflow ingestion pipeline, section-aware chunking, hybrid BM25+HNSW retrieval with RRF fusion, FastAPI Q&A endpoint with Redis caching, and an agentic layer on LangGraph with guardrails, document grading, and query-rewrite retry loop. Runs on Docker Compose. Traced with LangSmith
