An LLM-driven character simulator — a "living world" of AI characters that chat, move around a world map, change their outfit and activity, and have every scene rendered through image-generation backends. A Python/FastAPI backend drives the simulation; the UI is a React single-page app plus a set of server-rendered admin pages.
