只读侦查时把 mode 设为 inspect。max_assistants 是费用上限，不是固定人数；自动调度只会使用必要的助手。实现模式默认使用非交互权限，非 Git 目录会先初始化本地 Git 基线；允许路径、Git diff、密钥扫描和项目检查由 Gate 兜底。首次 Gate 只要求返工时，project_task 会内部自动完成第二次定向尝试，无需 Codex 再发一次 MCP 请求。完整产物留在 %USERPROFILE%\.codex-ai-team\runs，MCP 只返回短摘要和路径。
