配置分两层：非密配置（端口 / 模型名 / base_url / 超时 / 开关…）是入库真源，密钥（密码 / Token / API Key）只走环境变量 .env，绝不入库。加载优先级从低到高：代码内兜底默认 Docker 模式更省事：只需在仓库根目录一个 .env（cp .env.docker.example .env）填全部密钥，compose 会注入到各容器，无需再改服务内的 .env。
