Hindsight-lite: Agent Memory That Learns lightweight version. Get inspired by hindsight.vectorize.io
hindsight-lite is a subtractive fork of vectorize-io/hindsight, built for local coding agents rather than a hosted memory platform. It stores memory as editable Markdown, JSONL, and JSON files, then injects only compact relevant context through Codex hooks. The original upstream README is preserved at docs/upstream/HINDSIGHT_README.md.
