未配置 specStore 时，行为保持单仓库默认，不需要迁移已有 specs。当前版本不提供 --store 覆盖，也不会自动迁移 specs；如果要启用多仓库模式，请先初始化目标 specs 根，再配置 code repo 的 specStore.path。
