cline to api，use in others agent etc.

数据持久化：所有数据（账号、API Key、配置、请求日志等）都存放在容器的 /app/data 目录， compose 已挂载到宿主机 ./data，重建容器（不删除 ./data）数据不丢。不用 compose 时请自行挂载： docker run -v ./data:/app/data ...。
