RAG chatbot for Portuguese IRS questions. Answers with citations to official AT documents (CIRS 2025, EBF 2025). Built with pgvector + BM25 hybrid retrieval, Groq (llama-3.3-70b), and Streamlit.
A RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) chatbot that answers Portuguese income tax (IRS) questions accurately, citing the exact article and page of official AT documents. Built as an alternative to the AT portal's chatbot, which frequently gives vague or incorrect answers on specific legal questions.
