Coder Server 的新会话使用三层存储：~/.bigquant/cowork-events/sessions/ 保存只追加、带 hash chain 的 JSONL 事件真源，~/.bigquant/cowork-events/blobs/ 保存大型工具结果、system prompt 和 Git diff，~/.bigquant/cowork.db 保存可重建的会话/消息查询投影及设置、Provider、任务、通知和成果库等非聊天数据。服务启动时会恢复落后投影；GET /api/chat/event-store/doctor 返回损坏、落后和 orphan session 的诊断摘要。
