Cantus is a Claude-first, local-first desktop coding environment for macOS (Apple Silicon). A native Tauri 2 app pairs a Monaco editor, an integrated terminal running the Claude Code CLI in a backend PTY, per-hunk and per-line git staging, resumable Claude sessions, a .claude workflow task runner, and a local SQLite-backed learned-memory store.
