ACGS rule-based tool-call governance for the Claude Agent SDK, via a PreToolUse hook
claude-agent-acgs checks the tool calls of a Claude Agent SDK agent against ACGS constitution rules before the tool runs. It is one PreToolUse hook, ACGSHook, registered for every tool: built-in tools such as Bash and Write, MCP tools (mcp__ __ ), and the tool calls of sub-agents.
