It's a native macOS app: Home is where your day starts (a daily brief, pinned cards and a composer), and Chat holds your sessions, bots and teams beside Documents, Dashboards, Automations and a built-in browser. You bring your own agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Grok, Hermes and others) and your own accounts. Otto runs them locally and keeps your files, memory and credentials on your Mac.
