This project builds an AI-powered Customer Support Copilot that reduces tool-switching by auto-collecting context via RAG for knowledge search, Mem0 for persistent memory, and LangChain tool calls for CRM and billing. An LLM drafts ready-to-review replies in one click. Built with FastAPI, SQLite, ChromaDB, Streamlit, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS EC2.
